About the Mission

Purpose

The French tech ecosystem is one of the most vibrant and dynamic in Europe. France ranks as the second largest tech ecosystem in Europe, following London and ahead of Berlin. This ecosystem is supported by a robust network of incubators, accelerators, venture capitalists, and a strong focus on innovation and research and development.

By participating in the soft-landing mission in France under the framework of the EU funded ExcellEnt project, startups and accelerators from Greece, Bulgaria, Türkiye, Ireland, and Ukraine can tap into this thriving environment, gain valuable insights, and establish connections that could significantly boost their growth and international presence.

Activities

Participants will take part in the following activities:

This mission is composed of 3 days‘ program, the first 2 days (11-12 June 2025) will be organized by Creative Cluster and supported by Vivatech 2025, offers a unique platform for international startups and accelerators to expand their horizons, establish a presence in the French market, and forge valuable connections for networking, matchmaking, pitching and meeting with investors.

The 13 June 2025 program will be organised by Creative Cluster and Booster Labs in Paris.

Attendance in Vivatech 2025 Conference and Exhibition: Creative Cluster, acting as the Ambassador of this renowned technology conference, provides participants with access to cutting-edge innovations, industry insights, and networking opportunities. Engage with leaders, innovators, and investors at the forefront of technology and entrepreneurship.The leading startups, investors, executives, and media from 174 countries will be at VivaTech 2125. Logistical Information

Some information about French Soft-Landing Mission:

The French Soft Landing Mission will take place from June 11-13 2025

The mission spans 3 days, offering an immersive experience packed with different events at VivaTech 2025 with networking opportunities and 3 site visits

Each participant will receive a voucher of 1,000 EUR to cover accommodation and travel expenses. Participants are encouraged to use the provided voucher to offset costs.

Additonally there is special reduced participation fee: 30% of  350 EUR  for 2- Days Pass , required for the activities. at VivaTech2025 on June 11-12. To get the pass register here.

The mission and all proposed events will be conducted in English.

Startups & Entrepreneurs

Seeking to explore new markets, foster collaborations, and expand their reach.

Academics & Researchers

Interested in collaborating with Greek universities, such as the University of Thessaly, or engaging with research institutes.

Participants must be based in Greece, Ireland, Bulgaria, Turkiye, or Ukraine.
